Low Fat Chicken Salad

Ingredients
8 oz CHICKEN (Skin & Fat removed) Chopped1cup Brown Rice (cooked & chilled)2 T Kraft Miracle Whip 3 T Fat Free Sour Cream3 Mini Boxes of Raisins (1.5 oz)Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
You can make fat content lower by using Miracle Whip Free or leave it out entirely and add extra Fat Free Sour Cream.
I used the regular miracle whip to have the "tangy" taste.
*I like to use my leftover oven baked chicken to make this.
**This is also good to use leftover turkey for too.
***you could use canned chicken if you like
