Fish soup

Ingredients
500g grouper fillet (or any white fish)4 tomatoes1 onion2 cloves garlic1 cup chopped cabbage1 carrot1 small can tomato paste1 glass white wine1Litre chicken stocksome butterherbs and salt to taste1/2 tbsp fish sauce
Directions
fry the onion, garlic, carrot, cabbage and tomatoes in the butter till slightly caremelised.
Meanwhile, poach the fish in the microwave until just cooked- flake the fish into small pieces using two forks.
add the flaked fish to the pot, add the wine, stock and tomato paste.
Leave to simmer for at least 30 minutes till nicely integrated- you can add more liquid if you like or less depending on your taste.
Add the fish sauce just before serving.
Makes 4 servings
