* Yogurt, plain, whole milk, 125 grams (remove) * Cucumber (with peel), 0.5 cup slices (remove) * Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 4 leaf (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 small (remove) * Garlic, 3 cloves (remove) * Salt, 1 dash (remove) * Turmeric, ground, .5 tsp (remove) * Chili powder, 1 tsp (remove) * *Cook pure ghee, .25 serving (remove)
Spray ghee on a nonstick pan.Add Onion.saute well.Add garlic chopped.Saute well.Add chili poeder and turmeric powder and salt.mix well.remove from stove and cool.
In a bowl add chopped lettuce and cucumber,add plain yogurt,add above sauteed onion mixture and mix well...ready to serve.
