500 grams ground beef, lean1000 grams cooked spaghetti2tbsp canola oil500 grams beef franfurters, sliced4 cups tomato sauce1 medium onion, chopped3 cloves garlic, minced5 tbsp kikkoman soy sauce1 cup canned mushroom1 tsp italian herb, driedsalt and pepper to tastegrated cheese adn parsley (optional)
saute garlice and onion in oil. add beef and cook till brown. add beef franks, soy sauce, tomato sauce, dried italian herbs, salt and pepper to taste. simmer for 20 minutes. add mushroom. simmer another 5 minutes.
pour sauce over spaghetti. garnish with grated cheese and parsley (optional - not included in nutrional value)
