Ingredients
brown one pound of ground turkey in a heavy pan, add a teaspoom of onions, garlic powder, salt and pepper....in a mixing bowl mix a can of cream of mushroom soup, four teaspoons of fat free powdered coffee creamer, a half a cup flour and five cups of water...mix until not lumpy...pour into heavy stock pot with browned ground turkey and onions...simmer on medium heat eight to ten minutes till thick, remove from heat, serve over toast, bisquits, or noodles
