Cashew Cream

2 Cups Whole Raw Unsalted CashewsWater
1. Using water rinse the cashews
2. Place cashews in a bowl and add water to cover them
3. Place the cashews and water in the fridge and let them soak over night.
4. Drain the cashews and place them in a blender. Add cold water to cover the cashews by 1 inch.
5. Blend on high until smooth
*To make the cashew cream thinner or thicker simply adjust the water used.
**If you are in a pinch, you can soak the cashews in very hot water for a half hour then create the cream, if it is lumpy, strain through a seive to remove the lumpps.
