Vegetarian pasta bolognese

Ingredients
vegetarian minced meat (125 grams)tomatoes (4 large), quarteredonions (0,5 cup), choppedcourgette (100 grams), chopped (large chunks)olive oil (1 teaspoon)mushrooms (100 grams), slicedleeks (100 grams), sliced
Directions
fry onions lightly, add some garlic. Add tomatoes and cook them until soft. Add some herbs of your liking (oregano, thyme, basil,) and let it cook until reduced to 2/3.

Grill (oven) courgette, mushrooms and leeks with little salt and pepper in an ovendish. Coat the dish with olive oil.
