Pumpkin Banana Muffins

whole wheat flourold fashioned oatspumpkin puree1 medium mashed bananabaking soda1 large eggolive oilraisinshoneychopped almonds
Mash Banana and then mix rest of wet ingredients- pumpkin puree, egg, olive oil, and honey. Next, add the dry ingredients- whole wheat flour, oats, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and raisins. Finally, chop almonds in a food processor and add about 3/4 of it to your mixture, leaving the rest to sprinkle on at the end.
Either grease or use muffin holders in your muffin pan. Separate batter into 14 different muffins.
Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 18-20 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes before drizzling with honey and the rest of your almonds for crunch!
