Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 24 oz *Coriander seed, 1 tsp *Cumin seed, 1 tsp *Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Chopped roughly*Garlic, 2 cloves peeled and chopped finely*El Pato Brand Tomato Sauce (Mexican Hot Style), 7.75 oz *ranch style pinto beans 3cans*Diced tomatoes & Green Chillis Rotel, 14oz can *Clamato Juice Tomato Cocktail (14oz)*** Garnish light sourcream and 2% cheese ***
Directions
Brown Turkey and Onions in a non-stick skillet-drain and put into Crockpot.

Add All other ingredients into crockpot and stir together well

Cook on Low for 4-5 hours then get into refrigerator if you dont eat soon.

Makes 10 servings

*** Garnish with light Sourcream and 2% shredded cheddar cheese if you desire ***
