Ingredients
1/4 c coconut oil1/2 c chopped onion1T chopped garlic1t curry powder1/4 sea salt1/8 t ground coriander1/4t crushed red pepper2 cups fresh pumpkin (cooked, or 1 15 ounce can1 cup coconut milk
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in coconut oil until translucent. add remaining ingredients. simmer 40 minutes, can be thinned with water if it gets too thick.
