Baked artichokes

4 or 5 Artichokes, canned or frozen, cut in Quarters1 tsp. Olive Oil10 small black olives cut in halvesSalt, Pepper, ParsleyA few dashes of Crema di Balsamico
Makes 1 serving
Heat oil in a pan, throw in cut artichokes, add olives, season with salt, pepper, parsley.
Let cook for a few minutes, then add a few dashes of cream di balsamico.
Put some lettuce-leaves on you plate, than the artichokes.
Goes best with 2 or 3 small toasted slices of french baguette (20 gr) spread with goat-cheese. But not necessary. Add a glass of white wine spritzer if youre allowed.
