20oz extra lean jennie o ground turkey,100 grams of chopped portabella mushrooms,2 cups fresh spinach,4 tsp worcestshire sauce,1tbsp lipton onion soup mix.
Directions
chop veggies mix all ingredients and form into 5 patties (4oz of turkey per patty).grill bake or cook in a skillet.
