No-Crust Apple Pie

Ingredients
1 egg1/2 cup white whole-wheat flour1 tsp baking powderdash of salt2 med apples, sliced ( I prefer Gala)1/2 cup brown sugar/splenda blend1 tsp vanilla1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. In mixing bowl, beat eff and add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread into greased pie pan, and bake for 30 minutes or until apples are soft.
