Rapini (broccoli rabe) with Garlic

Ingredients
1/2 tbs olive oil4 cloves garlic, sliced thin6 cups rapini (broccoli rabe), washed and coarsely chopped
Directions
Heat olive oil in a skillet or saute pan over medium low heat. Add garlic, saute carefully until garlic just begins to turn a light tan color.

Add the rapini, salt, and water. Simmer until tender.

Serve immediately.

    I used chicken broth instead of water. Once it came to a boil I turned it down and covered it and cooked for about 15 minutes. First time I ever had Rapini. Kind of bland but hubby likes bland! - 6/29/11
