Kid Friendly Broccoli Quiche

Ingredients
1 deep dish pie crust, thawed1 cup nonfat milk3 Eggland's Best large eggs1 cup broccoli (If measuring when frozen, that is about 1.5 cups) -- Thawed about half way, then MINCE until very fine (I use a pampered chief chopper) . Fresh works very well too -- Mince and then cook in Microwave for about 2 minutes.Grated swiss cheese1T-1.5T spicy mustard3 dashes Tabasco (more if desired)1/8 t white pepper 1/2 t nutmeg1/2 t salt (can go up to 1t if you prefer)2 T parmesan cheese (Sometimes I will double this to increase the protein a bit)
Directions
Bake pie shell 8 minutes at 400. Remove and brush on Mustard all over crust -- bake additional 2 minutes. Remove pie crust and reduce oven to 350. Beat eggs until foamy. Add all ingredients EXCEPT parmesan. stir gently. Pour in to prepared pie crust. sprinkle top with parmesan. Bake 45 min at 350.
