Asparagus, Corn and Goat Cheese Frittata

Ingredients
6 egg whites1tbs butter1/4 cup skim milk10 spears of asparagus1 cup of fresh white corn2 oz of goat cheesediced green onions 1 tbsp of chopped basils&p
Directions
In medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper and beat well.
In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Saute asparagus until tender. Add green onions. Add corn. Reduce heat to low; add egg mixture to skillet. Cover; cook over low heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until mixture is set.

Arrange goat cheese in center of frittata. cover; cook 2 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
