Raclette topped broiled tomatoes

Ingredients
2 medium tomatoes, halved1 tsp. dijon mustard2 oz. raclette cheese2 tbsp. bread crumbs1 tbsp. chopped chives1/2 tbsp. unsalted butter1/2 tbsp. capers, drained and rinsed1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions
Preheat broiler and coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
Arrange tomato halves cut-sides up on prepared baking sheet, spread mustard on tomatoes and top with cheese.
Combine breadcrumbs, capers, chives, butter and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle mixture over tomatoes.
Broil 2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling hot and starting to brown.
