Halloween Bean Salsa

Ingredients
2 cups black beans1/2 cup evenly diced onions 1 1/2 cup evenly diced jicama2 cups chopped orange or yellow bell pepper1/3 cup key lime juice1 tsp habanero sauceOptional Variations:1 cup cubed mango or peach or pineappleFresh cilantro
Directions
Drain black beans, rinse very well, and set aside.

Peel jicama and onions and core peppers. Evenly dice for a nice presentation and easy scooping. Stir in lime juice and habanero sauce. Fold in black beans and serve with tortilla chips.
