Brussel Sprout Gratin

1 pound brussel sprouts, trimmed and outer leaves removed1/2 cup low fat milk1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese1/2 cup low fat cheddar cheese1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs2 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces
Heat the oven to 450 degrees.
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add the sprouts and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
Drain, and roughly chop.
Spray a small baking dish with cooking spray.
Add brussel sprouts.
Pour milk over the top, sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs.
Dot with butter pieces.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
