Stirfry Tofu (1 block makes 4 serving)

Ingredients
Tofu Extra firm ( 1 block)Balsamic vinegar 2 tbspOlive oil 1 tbspSalt(To taste)Black pepper (To taste)
Directions

Remove water from tofu and remove as much moisture as you can.After that,cover it in a paper towel and put some heavy plate on it .After 10 mins,remove the paper.It should be soaking wet by now.Repeat to remove extra moisture.Once cur,cut into bite size pieces and mix everything together and keep it in a zip lock bag to marinate for around 30 mins.

Once done,stir fry it in a wok until it get golden brown.You can eat it as it is.I like to put in on my spring mix green salad.
