    Made 18 very moist cupcakes topped with orange glaze. I did not alter the recipe. Big hit at the party--and this crowd would have gladly told me if they didn't like them ! They are VERY sticky, so not pretty to eat without a fork. - 11/26/09

    I made this recipe, but used a full cup of water. It seemed kind of thick only using 1/4 cup . I had never tried the silken tofu before, but now I will be using it from now on, as it is delicious! I made in a 13 x 9 in pan. It tastes great! Thanks for the recipe. - 10/24/09
