Olive OilOnionGarlicGround BeefDiced Tomatoes, undrainedDark Red Kidney Beans, drainedMcCormick Original Chili Seasoning MixChili PowderCayenne PepperBeef Broth or Bouillon Brown SugarSalt and Pepper to taste
10 servings (1 cup each)
Heat oil, mince garlic and onions and add to oil. When they've become soft, add the ground beef and seasoning packet. Brown the beef, then add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for about 20 minutes. You can add as many or as few beans as you like. Same for spices...it's totally up to you. Enjoy with toppings such as shredded cheese and sour cream (lowfat, of course!)
