Potato Soup

Ingredients
6 - 8 white potatoes, peeled and sliced1 large yellow onion, chopped1 stick butter1 cup milksalt and pepper
Directions
Cover potatoes and onion with water in large saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 45 minutes or until potatoes break up easily Stir in butter, milk and season to taste. Heat through. Serve with saltines.
