Ingredients
1.5 cup whole wheat flour3/4 cup flax seed meal1 tsp baking soda1 tbsp allspice1 tbsp cinnamon1/4 c powdered sugar3 large egg whites1 cup no sugar added apple sauce1.5 cup frozen mixed berries
Directions
Sift all dry ingredients together
Mix together eggs and apple sauce
add berries
add dry ingredients
mix until all ingredients blended
spoon into 12 muffin tins
