Instant Rava Dosa

Ingredients
*Sooji - 0.5 cup, 2 serving (remove)Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Yogurt, plain, low fat, 0.25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)*Red Chillies (1 chillie), 3 serving (remove)Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Mix sooji,yogurt with water and make a dosa like consistency. prepare of tadka - take the olive oil in a little pan, after it is warm, add mustard seeds ,chillies. add this to the batter prepared above. add onions. keep aside for 10 minutes. Pour it in a skillet to make a dosa. Sprinke the skillet with pam before each dosa.
can eat with chutney or with ghee and sugar!!
