Prime Rib Stew

Ingredients
3/4 lb prime rib left overs.15 Med baby carrotts cut into pieces4 Stalks celery, cut into pieces2 Med. Potatos washed and cut into pieces1 Med onion, cut into pieces64 oz. Swanson Beef Broth with 50% less sodium
Directions
Add prime rib and beef broth to a crock pot. Let simmer until meat falls off the bones. Remove all bones, excess fat, etc. from broth. Cut meat into bite size pieces if desired.

Wash and cut veggies and add to crock pot.

Continue cooking until veggies are tender.

Makes approx 6 1 cup servings.
