Turkey Burger

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground turkey1/4 cup grated peeled onion1/4 cup finely chopped, seeded green bell pepper2 Tbsp skim milk1 egg white1/4 cup finely chopped celery1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs1 clove garlic, pressed2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce6 potato sandwich or hamburger rolls6 tbsp BBQ Sauce (optional)
Directions
Set BBQ sauce aside, you will not need it until later.

Combine all ingredients except BBQ sauce and mix very, very well. Shape into six patties and grill until cooked all the way through.

Serve with 1 potato roll and 1 tbsp BBQ sauce per turkey burger.

Hint: Using a food processor to chop and mix the celery, bell pepper, pressed garlic, and onion in this recipe makes all the pieces pleasantly small and uniform.
