2 Onions3 cloves garlic2 cups Tomato Sauce2 cans tomato pasteOlive oil2 lbs cubed beef (can also use precooked chicken or fish)hot peppers or cayenne pepper to taste
Pre cook beef, seasoned in oven until done
Oil in pan, heat
blend in bullet: onions, garlic with water, (add peppers if desired)
add to large pan and cook
add water to taste
add meat
bring to boil on medium heat until foam goes away
(about 2 hours)
