Hummus

Ingredients
1 can (19 oz) of chick peas drained (any brand is fine)¼ cup of the chick peas liquid 3 tbsp of fresh squeezed lemon juice2 cloves of fresh garlic 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil2 tbsp tahina (sesame paste) Sea salt to taste
Directions
In a food processor, blend all of the ingredients for about 2 minutes on high until a smooth pudding like texture is achieved. Stop 1/2 way through and scrape down the sides of the bowl. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
