Cherry-Glazed Turkey Tenderloins

Ingredients
I cup of cherry jam/preserves or any flavor fruit1/4 cup of sherry or chicken broth2 Tablespoons olive or canola oil1 medium onion, finally chopped2 teaspoons chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt (or garlic powder if you are cutting out extra salt)1/4 teaspoon pepper1 1/2 pounds of turkey tenderloins (about 3 tenderloins)
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients except for turkey in a medium bowl. Place turkey in a shallow dish or plastic bag and pour half the cherry mixture over turkey; turn turkey to coat. Reserve remaining half of plum mixture. Cover dish or seal bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2. Heat oven to 325 degrees and place the turkey with the juice that is in the bag in a roasting pan and cook for 50 - 60 minutes or until core temperature reaches 165 degrees. Baste periodically through out cooking.

3. Heat reserved cherry mixture and serve with the sliced turkey.
