1 stick of margerine1 med. onion, minced3 garlic cloves, minced1 Green Pepper, chopped1 jar 10oz roasted red peppers, drained1 cup mushrooms sliced1 15oz can tomato sauce1 15 oz can of chicken broth2 lbs. chicken, cubed1 cup parmesean cheese1/2 c. half and half1 lb Rigatoni
Melt margarine in dutch oven, saute onions and garlic, add peppers, tomato sauce, chicken broth, mushrooms, and chicken. Cook on med. low for one hour, add parm cheese and half and half and remove from heat. Cook Rigatoni per package instructions and mix together.....
