Directions
cook and puree tomatoe's.. cook quinoa and into bowl with meat, bread crumbs, egg, and spices... take meat mixture and divide evenly between cabbage leaves. place into a baking dish...cover with tomato puree.. bake at 350 degree for 45 minutes to an hour or until done.
