Swedish Meatball Sauce

Ingredients
1 Frozen Meatball, thawed and crumbled1 TB Butter1 TB Flour1 c. Beef Broth1/2 c. Fat-Free Half-and-Half1 tsp. AllspiceSalt and PepperFresh Nutmeg
Directions
1. Take thawed meatball and crumble in a medium skilled (I use cast iron) over medium heat. Add butter. When butter is melted, add flour and whisk until mixture is golden.

2. Add stock and cream and continue to whisk to mix. Add allspice to taste, along with salt and pepper. Cook until mixture is thick, stirring occasionally. Add freshly grated nutmeg to taste.
