Chili- A Healthy Family Recipe

Ingredients
2 tabl. vegetable oil1 - 2lbs ground chuck6 oz. tomato paste8 oz. tomato sauce1 can kidney, pinto and chili beans1/2 cup ea. peppers- green, red, yellow and orange1 cup french onion soup2 TB. chili powder1 clove garlic- minced1 TB. cumin1/2 teas black peppertabasco (optional)
Directions
Heat vegetable oil in large pot over medium heat. Brown ground chuck - add the peppers to the meat as it browns. After ground chuck is cooked all the way, add all other ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Let simmer on low for minimum of 30 minutes.
