Ingredients
2 carrots peele and diced I large onion diced 4 tsp garlic1/2 cabbage, chopped 1/2 lb frozen green beans 2 tbsp tomato paste 2 cups cauliflower 1 cup broccoli 1 tsp basil1 tsp oregano 1 tsp kosher salt 1 cup celery diced 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes 6 cups vegetable broth
Directions
Saute vegetables on medium high heat for 5 minutes. Add vegetable broth, canned tomatoes and tomato paste. Bring to a boil. Cover an simmer for about 15 minutes until all is tender.
