Ingredients
1 pound ground chicken breast.2 cup sundried tomato.75 cup frozen chopped spinach.5 oz. reduced fat feta cheese.25 cup oats2 egg whites4 tablespoons reduced sugar ketchup 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Directions
mix all ingredients except ketchup and balsamic in food processor. then mix ketchup and balsamic and pour onto meatloaf. cook at 350 degrees for thirty to 40 minutes
