Chicken Pasta w/ Peanut sauce

Ingredients
4 cups cooked pasta.25 cup of chunk peanut butter1 tbsp soy sauce.5 tbsp ginger root grated1 scallion onion chopped8 oz of chicken breast (skinless) cut into small chunks.25 cup water
Directions
Roast chicken breasts until it is fully cooked then cut into small pieces Cook pasta according to directions.  While pasta is cooking combine peanut butter, soy sauce, ginger root and water in a small pot over medium heat.

Drain pasta, add chicken and warmed sauce toss and serve. Garnish with scallions.
