Ingredients
1 cup brown rice, cookedRed bell pepper Chopped onionCanned sweet cornCucumber, choppedKidney beanShiso, shreddedMyoga, optionalCider or white wine vinegarOlive oilSalt to taste
Directions
Add vinegar to brown rice while still warm. Mix well. Then add olive oil followed by the rest of the ingredients. Top with shredded shiso and myoga if available.
