Quorn, 1 bag3 cans red kidney beans3 cans tomato soup1 can diced tomatoes1 soup can filled with red salsa1 tbs sugaronion if desired1 soup can of water
Directions
Pour all ingredients into a pot. No need to drain. Let simmer for an hour or more. Yummy!
