Broccoli & Celery soup

Ingredients
1 1/5 cups of chopped broccoli1 large celery stalk1/4 of a small/medium onion1 clove of garlic1 tsp of Knorr chicken buillon (or any chicken stock you'd like)
Directions
Add all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to boil. Once it boils and the vegetable are the softness you desire, place them in a blender and blend to your desired consistency. Serve and enjoy.

Notes:
1. I added a dollop of sour cream to mine and crumbled some feta cheese over it, but those calories are not accounted for in this recipe. Be creative with your palette and enjoy as you'd wish just be mindful of the added calories.

2. If you would prefer a chunkier soup, I would recommend chopping the celery and cooking it like stated above, but then not blending it in the mixer and instead incorporating it to the soup once it's been processed in the blender. That will give you chunkier soup, but still the same great taste.
