Warm Spinach Dip

Ingredients
16 oz. Cream Cheese1 1/2 cup Shredded Chedar Cheese1 cup Fresh Chopped Tomato1/2 cup Raw Chopped Onion1 package Frozen Chopped Spinach
Directions
Let cheeses and spinach soften while cutting up the other ingredients. Drain any water from spinach. Put all ingredients into a microwave safe bowl. Put bowl in microwave and cook on HI for 8 minutes, stopping every 2 minutes to stir. The dip may need more or less than 8 minutes depending om microwave. When finished place in a bread bowl and dip your favorite toasted light breads.

    I made this for my husband&15 yr stepson and they loved it. I did substituted artichoke hearts for the tomatoes seeing that my guys are not tomato fans. Very easy & quick to make. - 11/11/07
