Ingredients
2.5 C. whole wheat flour1c. all purpose flour2c quick cooking oats1/8c. egg substitut1.75c. all natural Peanut butter1/2c. splenda1c applesauce unsweetened1/2c. cold water1/8 c.egg substitute.25 tsp. each g.ginger, cloves2 tsp. cinnimon1 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. club soda1.5 c raisins optional
Directions
Combine all dry ing. Blend egg applesauce spices, splenda and pB.in bowl along with spices and water. Add in vanilla and soda. Stir in dry ing. add raisins bake 350degrees for 10-13min.
