Katie's Fluffy Eggs

Ingredients
2 egg whites, 1 yolk, 2 Tbsps 1% milk, scrambled
Directions
Combine all ingredients and beat with a wire whisk until fluffy... maybe 10-15 strokes. Pour into a heated iron skillet (coat skillet with cooking spray first). Let the eggs cook on one side, then using a spatula scrape them around the pan. Take them out of the pan and eat them!!
