Stir Fry Vegetables with Beef

Ingredients
2 onions4 peppers100 grams carrots, slicedcan of bamboo shootsgarlic, 1 T.8 ounces of beef roast, cut in small pieces
Directions
Put a little olive oil in a wok and add the sliced onions and peppers. Add the sliced carrots and stir fry until onions are transparent and the carrots are cooked. Add the garlic, meat, and bamboo shoots. Serve over brown rice.
