Bread and Butter Refrigerator Pickels

Ingredients
8 cups sliced cucumber1 cup sliced onion1 cup sliced bell pepper2 tbsp salt2 cups sugar1 cup cider vinegar2 tsp celery seed1/2 tsp mustard seed
Directions
Place cucumbers, onions, and peppers in a large bowl. Mix together salt, sugar, vinegar, celery seed, and mustard seed. Heat in microwave, stirring occasionally, until sugar is mostly melted.

Pour vinegar mixture over cucumber mixture. Seal tightly. Refrigerate and stir every day for 4 days. The pickels are now ready to eat!

Pickels will store in the fridge in an air tight container up to one year.
