Orzo Chicken Soup

Ingredients
2 TBSP Olive Oil1 onion chopped1 tomato chopped1 bit potato, cubed1 small green pepper chopped1 drumstick and thigh skin remove and shredded (better to use chicken breast if you have at hand)1/4 Cup Orzo pasta4 cups chicken broth1 cup water
Directions
Cook Chicken, onion and pepper in olive oil.
Add tomato, then some salt and pepper
Add orzo and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add potato and cook for another 4-5 minutes
Add chicken broth and later water and lower temp
Cook until pasta is cooked...
