Oat bran with flax seeds and dried apricots

Ingredients
1/2 cup quick cooking oats2 tbsp oat bran2 tbsp dried apricot cut into small pieces1 tbsp flax seed 1- 2 tsp ground cinnamon (Opt)1 cup water
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high for two (2) minutes. Let stand 1 minute before serving.
Makes 1 serving . Calorie count does not include milk or what ever else you might add. I prefer to add a small cup (100g) of non- or low-fat flavoured yogurt.
