ground turkey and cabbage bake

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey1/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1 tsp thyme1 tsp. ginger1 head cabbage2 large carrots1 medium onion4 medium red potatoes
Directions
mix turkey, salt, pepper, thyme and ginger together in bowl. cook over medium heat until no longer pink.
chop cabbage and add to turkey mix. add 1/2 cup water and cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
meanwhile chop carrots, onion and red potatoes into uniform size. add to cabbage mixture and simmer for another 20 minutes. add more water if necessary.
