Meatloaf with red pepper sauce

Ingredients
12 oz ground beef1/4 cup smoky red pepper sauce (see recipe on SP recipes)2 slices 45 cal Sara Lee Wheat bread1 egg2 tbsp Parm cheese
Directions
Grind bread in food processor until crumbs
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
Place into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for approx 45 min or until done.

Will make approx 5 2 oz servings
