Italian Sausage With Peppers

Ingredients
5 links of butterball italian sausage sliced2 tbls of light olive oil4 lg potatoes, peeled, and thickly sliced2 lg green bell peppers, sliced2 lg red bell peppers, sliced or banana peppers1/4 onion sliced1 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper1 1/2 cup chicken broth1 tsp basil1tsp italian seasonings1/2 cup white wine
Directions
Par boil potatoes in chicken broth for about 5 minutes. Add to crock pot. Spray lg frying pan with pam. Add sausage and brown on both sides. Add to crock pot. Heat olive oil in same pan, cook vegetables in pan with salt and pepper. Add mixture to crock pot. Add wine and seasonings to crock pot. Cook on low for 3 hours.
